Service Description
At KidzInShape, we offer dynamic two-hour training sessions tailored for 6th-8th graders that emphasize speed, agility, and resistance training. Our program integrates sport-specific movement mechanics and flexibility exercises to enhance range of motion and performance. Join us and empower your child to achieve their athletic potential in a fun and supportive environment!
Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made their are no refunds. To cancel or postpone a session please do so 24 hours prior to th start of the service. You can register for classes 24 hours prior to the start of that class, if you have any questions lease feel free to email us at kidzinshape@gmail.com
