1. Product and Availability 
   This workout set will be available for preorders only until November 20th. All orders will be sent out by December 5th. After the holidays we will have Kidz In Shape sets ready for order January 1st 2026.

2. Shipping & Delivery 
   Since we are doing preorders all orders will be processed by December 5th and sent out 7-10 business days from the 5th. After January 1st 2026 all orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Returns & Refunds
   We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kidz in Shape. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of receiving your order.

4. Intellectual Property
   All content on this website, including but not limited to, our company logo, brand name, product names, product designs, product images, graphics, photographs text, and overall website design and appearance is the sole property laws. All rights in and to the intellectual Property are reserved worldwide.
